Fred has joined us as General Manager having spent the last few years in Cardiff at St David’s Hotel & Spa previous to that, the Mercure Holland House Hotel.

We have recently created a new A La Carte Menu to tempt your taste buds. With dishes such as duck confit, ham hock with foie gras and seared tuna with crab to start with, to beef wellington, cod fillet with chorizo and tempura of monkfish for main course, there’s plenty to choose from to keep your mouth watering! We are still offering great value for money with our lunch and evening flyer menus. Eat with us at lunch time from £9.95, dine out in the evening from £16.25 or why not join us for Sunday lunch between 12pm and 4pm from £12.95.
